We at Swishlinks, LLC (“Swishlinks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) because your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy will explain how personal information is collected, used and disclosed by Swishlinks with respect to your access and use of Swishlinks web site, mobile applications and services (“Swishlinks”).

By accessing and using our Swishlinks App, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Swishlinks App. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use.

Swishlinks reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without sending notice to you, so you should review this Privacy Policy periodically.  The effective date of this notice and any revised or changed notice may be found on this page, on the upper left corner of the notice.  Any changes will be effective only after the effective date of the change and will not affect any dispute arising prior to the effective date of the change.  By accessing and/or using the Swishlinks App after the effective date of any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.
